As The County Commissioner I am responsible for all Girlguiding activities within the county. I support local Commissioners and all volunteers and represent them at local and national level.

Emma Broad
As County badge secretary I order badges and uniforms for all units, every time an order is placed through me units get 10% discount and i give 10% back to the county towards leader training's.

My role is to organise training at a County level and to Circulate information throughout the County.
Growing Guiding & PR
I am the Growing Guiding Champion for Girlguiding Carmarthenshire. My role is to support new units within the county and organise PR events to promote Girlguiding.
Join Us Coordinator
I am responsible for any Join Us queries in the county and can provide training if necessary. Join Us is Girlguiding's enquiry system for new members.
County Go! Coordinator
Outdoor Activity Adviser (OAA)
Emma Broad
The county GO! coordinator maintains the adult member records for the county within GO! in relation to qualifications and assists division and district commissioners with their GO! admin. The county GO! coordinator also provides statistics for the growing guiding team to help identify areas for growth across the county.
The OAA which runs the going away scheme for the county, allocating mentors and assessing residential's with the rest of the outdoor team. The OAA is also involved in the other outdoor qualifications available to adult and youth members and organising activities for the county in conjunction with section advisers.
DBS Coordinator

I am responsible for coordinating DBS checks for new volunteers and renewals for existing Volunteers.
Leadership Qualification Coordinator

My role is to help support Volunteers working towards their Leadership
Qualification.
Membership Support Team

International Advisers
Eleri Bowen & Bronwen Lewis
Our role is to select and support girls and young women going on international selection.
Peer Education & Sports Education Coordinator
Leah Pompa
My role is to support Peer Educators and Sports Educators in the County. Peer Educators deliver sessions On Free Being Me, Healthy Relationships and Youth Health to Brownies, Guides and members of The Senior Section. Sports Educators deliver sessions on physical literacy and sports to all sections.
Duke Of Edinburgh Award Adviser
My Role it to assist the members in completing their Duke Of Edinburgh Award.
Queens Guide Award Adviser
Stephanie Bassett
As Queens Guide Adviser I help support girls and young women aged 16 to 25 complete their Queens Guide Award, the highest award available in Girlguiding.
Events Team Coordinator
Daniel Davies
I was asked by the county commissioner to set up a team to assist with the logistical side of events so the leaders could focus on giving the girls fun and safe days.
I also look after the web site and assist with IT support.
